18,000 Followers Gift, Part 1: Felicity’s House

I should have done this ages ago, but I’ve just been lazy. These lots are from my own game and being used by the current generation of my legacy family. Although people have asked for them I’ve been hoarding them, but I thought now was a good time to release them into the world. I hope they get put to good use in your games!

First up is Felicity’s house (I’ll post the next one in a bit). It has gone through a few renovations, but I’m sharing it as it is right now in my own game—including the implausibly big basement to accommodate Felicity’s three older boys, and the random assortment of harvestables in the backyard to supply their bakery. The CC list is quite long, and that’s because I built these lots for personal use. I hope I managed to spot all the CC! Many of these are decorative and/or easily replaceable items though. This lot uses a couple items from Outdoor Retreat and Get to Work. Custom content used:
