18,000 Followers Gift, Part 2: Nora’s House

This is a new build, unlike the other two lots in this set, but a lot of people seemed to like it. It could be a true starter with sparser furnishing, but Nora had §10,000 extra from her parents when she moved out so I had the budget to make her first house a little nicer.

I used a couple items from Outdoor Retreat and Get to Work. The produce in the kitchen are debug items, and it appears that they don’t transfer with the lot when you place it. You could replace those yourself, or use Sandy’s garden crops instead—which won’t disappear.  And again, the content list is pretty long because I was building for myself. Custom content used:
