This is a tiny starter to replace the ass-ugly premade one. This lot contains no CC, but because I have mods that change objects’ footprints, placement flags, etc. you need to tick the box to “include custom content” to see this in your Library. I used this override for the lights, and this override for the rug (the lights will look okay if you don’t have that, but if you don’t have the rug it will look pretty silly). I also have Clutter Anywhere and Electronics Anywhere, although I’m almost certain they aren’t needed for this lot. I used items from Get Together, Outdoor Retreat, and Spooky Stuff.

Thanks to @farfallesims for packaging this up for me since I don’t have a Windows partition anymore.

DOWNLOAD HERE 

(Put the .package in your Mods folder. If you want to remove it from your Library in game, just delete the .package from Mods.)
